This 90 Minute Session is essential for all new clients and recommended for all adult sessions in order to give yourself & your body time & space to feel & connect deeply. Holistic Counselling, mind body connection techniques & a variety of gentle hands on therapy is used as part of this session.
Each session is unique to the individual & their needs on the day.
60 Minute Sessions are available for children under the age of 18.
Some adolescents may require a 90 minute session.
These sessions can also be used for a shorter followup adult session if required.

These are offered to you from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world.
All you need to do is find a quiet, safe space where you will not be disturbed.
Pre payment is required for these sessions.
You will be sent account details after booking your session.
You may notice there has been a price decrease for all my sessions.
The reasons for this is that I have relocated my clinic to my home in Paterson & wanted to pass on the savings of no longer paying external rent to you all. I believe holistic health & wellness should be accessible to everyone & do my best to offer this to you.
Stepping into a space with a stranger can be daunting. Offering a safe space for this to take place where you feel comfortable and at ease to express yourself in whatever way that comes through for you in the moment is my goal.
There is no pre-planning. You don't need to "think" about what it is you need to say when you step through the door. You just need to show up for yourself & trust.
When you arrive we will always start with some background information & then we get to the important stuff.
How YOU are feeling?
A lot of us are very good at coming up with explanations about how we are feeling BUT I ask you to question where this is coming from. Mind or Body? We will do this together.
There are many "modalities" I call on throughout your session. These can range from holistic counselling, kinesiology, traditional chinese medicine practices, accupresssure, breathwork, somatics, meditation & sound (just to name a few). But the most important of all is creating a space where you can start to connect more deeply to yourself.
Because this is where you will find the answers we so oftenn seek & search for.
The first day Retreat on offer for this year is my Autumn Day Retreat. In autumn we move from the external, expansive nature of summer to the internal, more contractive nature of autumn.
It is a time for intropsection and looking within.
We will move through our day together slowly and intentionally.
There will be processes for deep connection & reflection, circle sharing, time in nature, meditation, movement and an open space for whatever shows up for you on the day.
We will also be joined by Kylie from Wildflower Heart & Minds who will be guiding us through a 2 hr Theraputeic Creative Art Session after lunch.
A delicious lunch is included, along with water & herbal teas.

This 8 session 15 week course will provide a space to come together to learn about the role your nervous system plays in your life and how it may be being activated, resulting in reactiveness, disharmony, communication breakdowns, health issues and life imbalances.
Many of us have had dysregulated nervous systems since childhood. Having caregivers who did not have the capacity or availability to their own emotional resources to be safe, secure spaces for us to learn how to develop and connect to our own emotional awareness & responses (usually because this was not provided to them as children) created a lot of this, along with any other trauma we have experienced through our own lives.
This is not about blaming our caregivers in any way, shape or form. It is however, about taking responsibility for how we can change the patterns of our conditioning that no longer serve us and step into our adult selves when moving through life and connecting with others. Being able to respond to situations and challenges that we come across daily in a way that leaves us feeling balanced, calm, and empowered, instead of reacting in ways that leave us feeling angry, resentful, sad, hurt and disempowered is a skill that can turn your life around.
In order to do this, we need to look at the role our nervous system is playing in our lives.
Creating space over extended periods of time can give us the opportunity to go deeper and move through layers of conditioning and programming that can often be a major contributor to imbalances in our lives.
Through a range of processes and support during these Retreats you have the gift of time and space to reconnect with your own heart and the life force within you, as you let go, shift and rewrite your story.
I have found the power of immersing in Retreat to be incredibly transformational for myself as a participant and a facilitator over the past 10 years and am passionate about creating spaces for others to have their own experiences and opportunities for deep connection and healing.
